ZHNN offers free international shipping as our standard option, with an additional DHL Expedited Shipping service available.

We aim to ensure the best shipping experience for you, no matter where you're located. Each day, we serve customers around the world, striving to provide top-quality service every time.

1- The following shipping costs are reference prices, and our products provide free shipping services.

2-On the day you submit the order, we will send out your goods, you can check the logistics update information after 5 nature days.

Transport process

• 1-3 nature days for processing
• Use China Post to send goods (free shipping), you can also choose to pay the postage and choose faster air freight, such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
  
• Take the United States as an example. The last mile will use USPS to deliver the goods to your address. According to local conditions in other countries, international freight companies will choose the best quality method

3- If there are taxes and fees incurred during the contractor's process, the customers need to bear them, and I will not bear any taxes and fees.

4- The following transportation methods are air transportation. The reference time to reach the United States is 8-15days, and the time to reach Europe is 5-12 days. For other countries and regions, please contact customer service.

5- We promise that you have 30 days to return and exchange the goods.

Automatic return

If signature service is required, if the zoom lens is returned to the sender, the zoom lens will incur a cost of 8.95 USD (the international order is 29.89 USD).

If the signature request is abandoned or you have signed a signature retention agreement with FedEx, DHL, or UPS, Fbinse will no longer be responsible for any loss or damage repairs.

All international shipping orders and orders with high-value products require a signature.

All automatic generations will generate a 15% monetary gain purchase fee.

Force majeure delay

At Fbinse, we strive to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. However, due to national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to offer refunds for freight charges.

International Tax

If you are shipping to a country/region other than the United States, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Once your package arrives in your country/region, import duties and taxes will be levied. Fbinse's English is not responsible for any tariff adverbial clause: tax. For more information on customs policies, please contact the local customs in your country.

Military address

All orders shipped to beaches, passengers, or any facility (including Puerto Rico, Guam, North Maria Island, or APO and FPO military addresses) will only go through USPS' ongoing U.S. service.

Friendly Reminder: If you don't live in a secure location, please choose a shipping method that requires a signature. Standard mail couriers do not require a signature and will leave packages at any location they deem secure.Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers. If an item is returned because it wasn't claimed, a restocking fee of 10% of the total charge per item will apply.
