ZHNN provides FREE international shipping as a standard and optional DHL Expedited Shipping service.

Order processing will generally be divided into two parts:
Processing: Order confirmation, QC, and packing of items. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Each step is strictly required, which takes about 24-48 hours.
Shipping: ZHNN owns shipping warehouses in North America. We will use these inventories as the default shipping for CarPlay AI BOX. If these warehouses are not in stock, we will follow our standard shipping process to deal with your order.

United States: 10-15 days
Canada: 15-20 days
United Kingdom: 10-15 days
Australia: 10-15 days
European Union: 10-15 days
Rest of the world: 15-25 business days
Optional DHL Expedited shipping usually takes less than 7 business days, regardless of the reachable country.
Order & Address Change:
Once an order has been processed, it is impossible to change the items, shipping address, or name on the order. Please check your billing and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
When your package arrives in your country, some countries' customs may charge import duties and other taxes. Every country's customs rules are different, and not every package will be checked. You won't always be asked to pay duties or import taxes every time either, but it's important that you understand the tariffs that apply to your country in order to avoid any surprises.

Once your item has been shipped. ZHNN will send you an email with your shipping information within 48 hours. In the email, you will find the tracking number for your item. If you do not receive an email, please contact ZHNN customer service.
