We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free 30-day return and exchange service.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for returns and exchanges.

Handling Delivery Issues
If you do not successfully receive your delivery, there are two possible scenarios:
A: If it is confirmed that the item was lost during transit, we will immediately arrange a replacement shipment for you.
B: If it is confirmed that the item was successfully delivered, you will need to contact the logistics company using the tracking number to verify the final delivery status.
Handling Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and address it promptly.
Special Cases / Non-returnable Items
If the item shows signs of installation, user wear, or cannot be resold, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a 10% handling fee.
Warranty Service
After the 30-day return period, you will enjoy a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on all major products and a warranty on all purchased accessories. If your item fails during this period, please contact us via email for technical support as soon as possible. We will arrange for repair or replacement. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. If the item is found to be non-faulty after inspection, a 20% inspection fee and applicable return shipping charges will apply. The warranty does not cover failures caused by accidents, negligence, or misuse. Additionally, routine maintenance (such as cleaning audio heads), consumables (CDs, cables, plugs, attached accessories), and cosmetic damage are not covered. Pixel failures are also not covered, and no claims for them will be accepted. Firmware updates not recommended or performed by us will automatically void the warranty. Improper installation by an unqualified professional will also be considered misuse.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will arrange the refund within 1 day, and the funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. The estimated time for receiving the refund is 7-15 business days.
